Ingredients
4-Pieces Chicken Thighs –skin on (approx. 3/4lbs)
1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/8 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbs Chinese Five Spice
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbs Olive Oil
1/8 tbs Salt
1/8 tbs Black Pepper
1 cup Cauliflower (10-15 florets)
Directions

1. Marinate the chicken thighs in the soy sauce, brown sugar and Chinese five spice for 30mins. Covered in the fridge.

 

2. Coat the cauliflower in the olive oil, salt and pepper

 

3. Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, letting the excess liquid drip off

 

4. Evenly spread the chicken thighs on the air fryer rack.

 

5. Fill in the negative pace with the cauliflower

 

6. Air fry at 390F for 15 mins. Alternative: No Air fryer? No problem! Place the ingredients on a sheet try and cook in a convection oven at 375F for 30mins.
